Please be advised that as a condition of your reservation and stay at Defiance House Lodge, a mandatory service fee will be charged in addition to the room rate. This fee will cover a variety of amenities and services that are available to all guests at the hotel. The current resort fee amount is $14.99 per room per night and is subject to change without notice.

The following amenities and services are included in the resort fee:

• Two bottles of Water in each room
• 20% off at Retail location (applies only to apparel, valid for one transaction)
• Fast & Reliable Wi-Fi (See attached test result for each room)
• Shuttle Service- anywhere at the property including the Bullfrog Airstrip

• All newly renovated Hotel Rooms for Comfort and Pleasure

By making a reservation at Defiance House Lodge, you agree to pay the service fee in addition to the room rate and to comply with all other hotel policies related to the use of included amenities and services.

Reservation cancel policies are rate specific and can be viewed by clicking on the rate name when availability returns. All cancellations made inside of the cancel policy will be forfeit the deposit taken.

There is a $30 entrance fee that admits one single, private, non-commercial vehicle and all its passengers and is valid for 7 consecutive days. The funds collected from entrance fees stay within the park and are used to enhance the experience of visiting the lake. The first night stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults over double occupancy are at an additional nightly fee.

Pets are allowed with a $30.00 non-refundable deposit required per pet, per night. Excessive cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke, or excessive pet cleaning, or professional carpet cleaning. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside on patio or balcony. Housekeepers will not clean the room if pet is left inside unattended.
